The buyer sends payment to Escrow.com, which holds the funds under the agreed terms.

Transfer begins after Escrow.com confirms the required funding status and registrar eligibility is met.

Inspect and complete
The buyer inspects and accepts the domain. Escrow.com releases payment under the transaction’s terms.
Sale includes the domain name only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transfer to the buyer’s Cloudflare account once registrar eligibility is met. Timing is agreed in Escrow before funding.
